The centre of Gumbet is a 15 minute walk, or 5 minutes in a dolmus, which passes by the hotel. The resort of Bitez with its sandy beach is also reachable by the dolmus. Bodrum centre is 3km by local transport.

The hotel's facilities include a large outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool, fitness centre, Jacuzzi, massages, a restaurant, internet access, bar, valet parking, TV room, laundry service, sauna, table tennis, squash, childrens pool, Mini-club (3-11yrs). A free shuttle bus to Bodrum is also provided.

All 120 rooms have twin or double beds, bathroom with shower, TV, air-conditioning, fridge, telephone, safety deposit box (local charge).

All-inclusive package includes breakfast, lunch, snack-buffet, cakes, dinner, night soup, and all local soft and alcoholic drinks between 10am and 11pm. Imported drinks, Turkish coffee and fresh juices are all charge locally.
