Each home is fully furnished with a well equipped kitchen. Kitchen includes a microwave, toaster, dishwasher, plates, glasses, cutlery etc. The home will also have a washer/dryer as well as cable TV and Air Conditioning as standard. Relax in the private screened pool and deck area complete with lounge chairs and table. Guests may request pool heating, cots and high chairs, however, these would incur a separate charge.

Upon arrival, guests will be charged a security deposit of $250 (subject to change).

Located just off the 192, Rolling Hills is less than 5km from Walt Disney Resort. Situated within walking distance of Formosa Gardens, where you'll find all the shops and restaurants you'll need. Orlando International airport is approx 25km away whilst Sanford airport is approx 78km from Kissimmee.
