The facilities available to guests within the resort include a outdoor heated swimming pool, lazy river, water slide and a sun bathing terrace. There is also a play area for children and a flood lit tennis court.

Each of the town houses are provided with full bathrooms with bath tubs and showers, fully equipped kitchens with cooker, microwave, washing machine and dryer. The 3 bedroom houses have 2 bathrooms and the 4 bedroom houses have 3 bathrooms. Further facilities include satellite TV, direct dial telephone, internet access, air conditioning and heating.

Upon arrival, guests will be charged a security deposit of $500 (subject to change).

The resort is situated directly behind the old town of Kissimmee where a variety of shops, bars and restaurants can be found. Walt Disney World is just 5km away and Universal Studios is 22km away. Orlando International airport is approx 25km away whilst Sanford airport is approx 78km from Kissimmee.

Driving Instructions - From Orlando Airport: Take the South exit, signposted State Road 417, Kissimmee. Join SR.417 heading West. This is a toll road. Exit at junction 2 signposted Celebration. At the end of the exit ramp, after passing through the toll booth turn right onto Celebration Avenue. Drive 0.5km to the junction with US Highway 192. Here turn left onto Highway 192, and then right at the second set of traffic lights onto Parkway Boulevard. Turn first left and the Homes Welcome Centre where you will check-in will be on your right.
