The facilities include a 24 hour reception, hairdresser, jewellery shop, gym and a Spa with massage, beauty treatments, sauna and jacuzzi. There is also billiards, a nightclub, internet room and a kiosk. The hotel offers a grill and steakhouse, Caribbean restaurant, restaurant with terrace, Italian restaurant, poolside restaurants, lounge bar and a swim up bar. There are two swimming pools (one with children's section), children's swimming pool, sun terrace with sunbeds, table tennis, water polo, tennis courts, water sports and daytime and evening entertainment. Please note, some facilities may incur a local charge.

Formal dress is required for dinner (long trousers for gentlemen).

Unlimited local beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks) served 24 hours a day (in the Riu Resort); access to all bars within the Riu Resort (except the bars at Riu Palace Macao, Riu Palace Punta Cana and "Pacha" night club) and mini bar.

Sports and activities including table tennis, water polo, volleyball, gym, sauna, jacuzzi, 4 tennis courts in the Riu Resort, windsurfing, sailing, kayaking, pedaloes, body board, snorkelling equipment and 1 introductory scuba diving lesson in the pool.

All hotel guests are required to wear an "all inclusive" wristband for identification purposes.
