Facilities on offer to guests at this hotel include 10 restaurants including several A la carte restaurants, buffet style, steak houses, fish restaurant and other international cuisine including Japanese, Brazilian, Mexican, French and Italian. There are also several bars throughout the resort with entertainment provided daily.

For business use, there are 12 state of the art meeting rooms with audio and visual services and sit down banquet facilities for weddings and parties for up to 450 people.

Leisure activities include a choice of swimming pools, 7 tennis courts, exclusive spa with beauty salon and fitness centre. There are facilities to have professional golf lessons at the Cocotal Golf & Country club, as well as horse riding, rock climbing, diving for PADI certified divers and water sports.

For the younger visitors there is a children's club and babysitting service (on request, payable locally).

There is also a variety of shops, casino,tour desk with car rental and currency exchange, high speed internet access and medical centre on site. Please note some facilities may incur a local charge.
