The hotel is located 6 km from Manavgat, 4 km from Side and 60 km from Antalya airport. There is a taxi and minibus service connecting the hotel to Side and Manavgat.

The Paloma Beach Hotel offers 2 fresh water pools (1200 sq. metres), 2 integrated children's pool, Turkish bath, fitness centre, aerobics, basketball, boccia, table tennis, gym, volleyball, beach volleyball, aqua fit and tennis. There are mattresses, sunbeds and towels available on the beach and by the pool. The hotel offers a jewellery store, market, hairdressers, photo shop, laundry service, television corner, doctor and reception with safety deposit boxes.

For children there is a children's playground, mini club (4 to 12 years, 10 am to midnight and 2 pm to 4 pm) and a mini disco available from 8.30 pm to 9 pm.

There are various entertainment programmes available such as Turkish night (once a week), openair show, Turkish specialities, special animation shows (6 times a week) and fireworks.

All of the hotels 212 guestrooms benefit from complete bathroom, satellite TV, direct dial telephone, mini fridge, central air conditioning (summer only), hairdryer, safety deposit box (local charge) and balcony or terrace.

The All Inclusive programme consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner all served buffet style in the main restaurant. Included in a guests stay is one visit to the Mediterranean a la carte restaurant which offers various specialities (open 5 times a week, with reservation). Snacks are available at the snack bar from 3 pm to 4 pm and afternoon tea is available from 5 pm to 6 pm at the lobby bar. Midnight soup is served from midnight to 1 am. The All Inclusive drinks include a selection of locally produced alcoholic drinks such as local wine and beer and soft drinks and water (10 am to midnight). There are four bars (beach bar, pool bar, lobby bar and animation bar) and the opening times of each varies. The animation bar also provides snacks from 3 pm to 4.30 pm.
