Montaverde Hotel has a swimming pool and a children's pool, a sun bathing terrace, a garden area and modern Turkish style relaxation areas.

The restaurant offers buffet and A la Carte meals specialising Turkish cuisine (English breakfast is available at a supplement) and a bar, with indoor and outdoor tables and chairs. The hotel runs a kids club and nightly entertainment and shows including Turkish night and barbecue.

Leisure facilities include table tennis, pool tables and darts; a wellness zone with a fitness gym, Turkish bath, a sauna, jacuzzi and massage services; organised pool games and aerobics and, a play area for young children. Services include internet access, laundry and room service.
