Merlin Beach Park Hotel has an outdoor swimming pool featuring a spiral water-slide and a separated children's pool. The pool is surrounded by a sun terrace which is furnished with loungers, umbrellas and dining tables and chairs. The hotel also has a private stretch of the beach where a variety of water sports are available, as well as loungers and parasols (chargeable).

The restaurant offers buffet and A la Carte services, with indoor or outdoor dining. There is also a snack bar, a lobby lounge bar, a beach bar and a pool-side bar.

Leisure amenities and activities include pool and table tennis tables, darts, beach volleyball, a children's playground and, an internet cafe. The hotel organises regular evening entertainment and a kids club providing activities for children.

The hotel has a mini-market, a hair salon and a launderette. Services offered include medical assistance, currency exchange, cot and high chair hire.

Merlin Beach Park Hotel is located directly across the road from the beach, which can also be accessed by an underpass. It is approx 3km to the centre of Alanya.
