Extensive facilities include reception and tropical lobby, business centre with meeting rooms, internet terminal (local fee), hairdressers, boutiques and parking for those arriving by car.

Dining options are plentiful with a choice of three buffet restaurants and 10 speciality a la carte restaurants offering traditional and fine dining options (dress code applies in a la carte restaurants). There are 14 bars serving cocktails and selection of snacks throughout the day.

Guests may be hard pressed to decide which of the ten swimming pools to choose from; each is surrounded by a sun terrace furnished with sun loungers and parasols.

Other sporting activities include access to the par 36/72 championship golf course (local charge), eight tennis courts, games room, climbing wall and there is a choice of watersports at the beach (some incur local fees).

For relaxation the Spa with its indoor and outdoor areas cannot be beaten. Here guests can select one of the beauty or massage treatments or just use the sauna, jacuzzi, steam room or have a workout in the gym.

For the younger guests there is a themed area with activities provided throughout the day. A babysitting service is also available, on request and payable locally.
