Facilities include a 24 hour reception desk, safety deposit box, meeting and banquet facilities, currency exchange and internet access. There is also a gift shop and business centre.

The main feature of the hotel is the leisure facilities with two swimming pools, two tennis and in-door squash courts, badminton court, table tennis and a pool table. There is a large gym with steam room, sauna and Jacuzzi facilities in the changing rooms.

For the youngsters there is a childrens playground and babysitting service (charge applies).

For entertainment there is an English themed pub with live entertainment six nights a week although children are not allowed in; the restaurant also has a number of theme nights.

All 120 rooms are equipped with a ensuite bathroom, telephone, TV, minibar, hairdryer, safe and air conditioning.
