Lake Berkley has many amenities on offer including swimming pool with spa, tennis and volleyball courts, fitness room, children's playground and internet access at the clubhouse. You can also enjoy the lakeside beach or take a stroll along the nature trail.

Each home has it's own decked area with private pool complete with table and lounge chairs. Kitchens are fully fitted with dishwasher, toaster, microwave, glasses, plates and cutlery etc. There are also facilities for washing and drying clothes. Cable TV and Air Conditioning are standard. Cots, high chairs and pool heating are available on request, however, there will be an additional charge.

Upon arrival, guests will be charged a security deposit of $200 (subject to change).

As well as being just 10 minutes from Walt Disney World and 20 minutes from Universal, you will find numerous golf courses close at hand.

Orlando International airport is approx 25km away whilst Sanford airport is approx 78km from Kissimmee.

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

We simply ask that :

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute)
• If included flights must be identical
