Lake Berkley has many amenities on offer including swimming pool with spa, tennis and volleyball courts, fitness room, childrens playground and internet access at the clubhouse. You can also enjoy the lakeside beach or take a stroll along the nature trail.

Each home has it's own decked area with private pool complete with table and lounge chairs. Kitchens are fully fitted with dishwasher, toaster, microwave, glasses, plates and cuttlery etc. There are also facilities for washing and drying clothes. Cable TV and Air Conditioning are standard. Cots, highchairs and pool heating are available on request, however, there will be an additional charge.
