The hotel offers 2 large outdoor pools, children's pool, three aqua slides, aerobics, volleyball, table tennis, billiards, play station games and an International certified watersports school. There is a Health and Beauty Centre where guests can enjoy hydrotherapy, massage, sauna, steam bath, Turkish bath, two jacuzzis, fitness centre and an indoor heated swimming pool. There is an television and cinema saloon, aquapark, card game saloon, mini club (4 to 12 years), children's restaurant, laundry facilities, shopping centre (jewellery, souvenir shop, shoe shop, hairdressers, photographer, boutique, market, car rental), internet and 24 hour nurse on site.

This first class holiday village offers 459 rooms comprising of 362 standard rooms, 80 family rooms and 17 lake suites (views over sea and forest). All rooms benefit from air conditioning, private bathroom, direct dial telephone, hair dryer, safety deposit box, mini bar (soft drinks), satellite TV, music and balcony. There are special rooms for non smokers and handicapped guests.

The All Inclusive programme consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner all served buffet style with international and Turkish cuisine in the main restaurant. There are five a la carte restaurants for dinner five days a week with reservation. These are La Luna (Italian), Alarga (Fish), Mangal (special Turkish kebab house), Dragon (Chinese) and Paris restaurant (French). Afternoon and late night snacks are available at the Mangal restaurant and Zoom bar. Local and imported drinks (except premier drinks) and snacks are served at the hotel bars and cafes (Zoom bar, Captain bar, beach bar, night club, Plaza bar, Di Leonardo Cafe, Tatou beer house and Dolce patisserie) and there is a mini bar filled with soft drinks in each room.

The All Inclusive sport facilities include canoes, pedaloes, tennis courts, mini football, mini golf, beach volleyball and basketball. There is a daytime animation activity programme that offers competitions and pool and beach games. In the evenings there are special events and shows staged.
