The hotel is located 25 km from Bodrum, 2 km from the small town of Gundogan and 50 km from the International Airport of Bodrum.

The hotel offers its guests a wide range of great facilities and superb services which include a safety deposit box at reception, internet cafe, various water sports at the beach, a billiards table, a hairdresser, laundry service and at extra charge there is a doctor on call. Other facilities and services include a fax services, a meeting room and a mini bus which runs to and from the city centre.

All of the guest rooms at the hotel are stylishly decorated and comfortably furnished. All rooms come complete with a bathroom and shower, hairdryer, TV, fridge, telephone and air conditioning. Most of the rooms have balcony or terrace which offer an inland or sea view.

For your dining pleasure there is an open air terrace and indoor restaurants, serving international and Turkish cuisine, as well as five bars. The all inclusive programme consists of breakfast 7.30 am to 10.00 am, late breakfast 10.00 am to 11.00 am, lunch 12.30 pm to 2.30 pm and dinner 7.30 pm to 9.30 pm, all served buffet style in the main restaurant. There are three A la Carte restaurants (5 euros extra charge - reservation is required) serving Turkish, Italian and Seafood cuisine between 8.00 pm to 11.00 pm. Different snacks, cold sandwiches, pastries and cookies are served in the bars between 12noon and 4.00 pm. Café break in the snack bar from 4.30 pm to 5.30 pm and midnight snacks from midnight to 1.00 am. The lobby bar is offering cold sandwiches and cookies night time between 10.00 pm and 7.00 am. Local drinks are served on 24 hour basis in the lobby bar and during all meals in the restaurants. The snack bar is open between 10.00 am and 6.00 pm, Panorama bar 10.00 am to 01.00 am and Santana Disco bar 11 pm to 1 am.

The hotel offers some great facilities and superb services which include a TV room, salon, training hall, Turkish bath, tennis courts, sauna, multi court (mini football), water entertainment, basket ball or table tennis. Situated on the shore of sea, the hotel has loungers, parasols and towels for guest use free of charge. Nice pool area with 3 outdoor swimming pools, one with slides. There is children's section in the pool and play area. Non motorised water sports are free of charge. The hotel also offers an entertainment programme for adults and children to enjoy.
