The facilities provided for guests within the complex include a club house, communal swimming pool and an exercise room. There is also a media room with a pc providing free internet access as well as wireless connection for guests own laptops.

Each of the homes are provided with a living room, full kitchen including fridge, cooker, washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is a family bathroom as well as an en suite to the master bedroom. Each home is also provided with satellite TV, radio, air conditioning and heating. There is also a private screened pool with 2 sun loungers, a table and 4 chairs.

The complex is ideally situated just off the highway approx 16km from Walt Disney World, 31km from Seaworld and 37km from Universal Studios. Local amenities such as Wal-Mart and restaurants are approx 1.5 km from the complex.

Orlando International airport is approx 25km away whilst Sanford Airport is approx 78km from Kissimmee.

Driving Instructions - From Orlando Airport: Take the South exit, signposted State Road 417, Kissimmee. Join SR.417 heading West. This is a toll road. Exit at junction 2 signposted Celebration. At the end of the exit ramp, after passing through the toll booth turn right onto Celebration Avenue. Drive 0.5 km to the junction with US Highway 192. Here turn left onto Highway 192, and then right at the second set of traffic lights onto Parkway Boulevard. Turn first left and the Homes Welcome Centre where you will check-in will be on your right.

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute)
