Ephesia Holiday Beach Club is set in large gardens and has 2 outdoor swimming pools, 2 thermal pools and 2 children's pools, one of which has water slides, with plenty of sun loungers and parasols.

The health club has a fitness gym, a Turkish hamam, relaxation beds and massage services. There is also a children's playroom and outdoor play park, a games centre with pool tables, air hockey, playstation and video games. Sports activities include tennis, volleyball, water polo, aerobics, table tennis, boccia, darts and shooting.

The main restaurant offers extensive buffets of Turkish and international cuisine and there is also a fish restaurant and an Italian restaurant, all with indoor and outdoor dining overlooking the sea. There are also 3 bars including the pool-side bar overlooking the gardens, the beach bar by the sea and a nightclub with disco.

The hotel organises daytime activities, evening shows and entertainment and a kids club for children aged 4-12.

The complex has a small supermarket, newspaper stand, shop, hair salon, car park and services offered include 24-hour reception desk, safe deposit boxes (local charge), currency exchange desk, internet access, laundry and medical services.

There are 336 guest rooms at the Ephesia Holiday Beach Club, including 129 double/twin rooms, 84 family rooms, and 19 deluxe rooms.

All accommodation is modern and tastefully furnished with air conditioning and includes double/twin beds, an en-suite bathroom, satellite TV, direct dial telephone, minibar, hair dryer and a balcony or terrace.

The deluxe rooms have a living area and lovely views and, the family rooms have a sofa bed or 2 single beds in a separated room or area. Accessible rooms are also available.

Ephesia Holiday Beach Club is located in front of the beach, 200 metres from a shopping centre and 7km from Kusadasi city centre.

Kusadasi is 84km from Izmir Airport and 124km from Bodrum Airport.

All Inclusive

The AI programme consists of breakfast 07:00-10:00, lunch 12:30-14:00 and dinner 19:30-21:30, all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. Also at the disposal of the AI guests once per week of stay and with prior reservation is the A la Carte restaurant Le Pont 19:30-22:00.

Snacks such as hamburgers, cheeseburgers, sandwiches, fried potatoes and pasta are available between 10:00 & 18:00 at the pool bar (cold sandwiches till 19:30). Guests can have ice cream from 15:00-15:30 and soup from 23:30-24:00. Between 15/06 & 15/09 AI customers can enjoy Turkish Gozleme (spinach, cheese, potatoes, ayran and juice service) from 12:00-17:00. Tea & coffee time with salted & sweet cookies is from 17:00-17:30.

Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like soft drinks, coffee, beer, house wine and spirits are served from 10:00-24:00 and from 23:00-24:00 at the Le Pont Disco. In-room mini-bars are filled with two small bottles of water - only on arrival date.

Leisure facilities at the hotel include Turkish bath, sauna, jacuzzi, swimming pool, tennis courts (upon reservation), mini-football, beach volleyball, basketball, entertainment at the amphitheatre, aerobics, fitness centre, aqua-gym, table tennis, umbrellas, sun beds, beach towels, mattresses, canoe & pedalos (upon reservation), TV hall, mini club for children aged 4-12 yrs old (10:00-17:00, with a break from 12:00-13:00), play-room and playground.

Chargeable extras include refill of mini bars, tennis equipment, tennis courses, floodlit courts, imported drinks, room service, mini bar, laundry & dry cleaning, safe box, Turkish coffee, boutique, shopping centre, hairdresser, massage, pealing, scrub, doctor, scuba diving, surfing upon reservation (surf license needed), banana boat, parachute, jet ski, sailing boats, water-skiing, games room (10:00-23:00, play station & internet), Le Pont Disco (24:00-02:00) and market are available at a charge.

The AI concept runs only during the above mentioned timetables, regardless if the outlets may not be closed at that time. Guests should get the towel card at check-in in order to use the beach towels. Towel cards lost will be charged. Towel service is available until 12:00. Alcoholic drinks are not served to guests under 18yrs old.
