The hotel is situated in Gumusluk, 600m from it's own beach. There is a fishing port, lovely fish restaurants, shops and bars in the village of Yalikavak which is just 5km away. The town of Bodrum is 25km away and the airport is 48km away.

The All Inclusive programme consists of all meals served from the restaurant and various bars. Locally produced alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks are available from 10am to midnight from the various bars. Snacks are also available during the day.
