The hotel has a 24 hour reception desk, Internet access, hair dressers, laundry facilties and babysitting is available on request.

There are also 5 swimming pools at the Aqua Park, water-slides suitable for adults and children, playground, mini-club for children aged 4-12, teenager club for 13-17 year olds, animation, spa, and sports including darts, beach volleyball, water polo, archery and aerobics.
