The facilities available to guests at the complex includes a swimming pool with a large sun terrace with sun loungers. A Turkish night and pool party also organised for guests. Further facilities includes currency exchange, safe deposit box hire and supermarket. Water sports are available on the beach with a local charge.

The spacious apartments are simply furnished and are provided with twin or double beds, private bathroom, kitchenette with a hob, toaster and fridge. Each guest room also has a small balcony or terrace.

The hotel has a good location in the centre of Gumbet with all amenities within walking distance. Bodrum is just 3 km away.
