Facilities include a 24 hour reception desk with hotel safes and a spacious lobby, cafe, games room, bar, TV room, snack bar and swimming pool with sun terrace and sunbeds.

Satellite/TV

All studios and apartments include a combined lounge/bedroom, bathroom with shower, direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, a kitchenette, a minibar, tea and coffee making facilities, a hire safe, air conditioning and a balcony or terrace. The apartments also come with a separate bedroom.

Ideally location near to the centre of Kusadasi with its selection of shops, bars and restaurants. The nearest beach is within a ten minute walk away.

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

We simply ask that :

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute)
• If included flights must be identical
