Ideal for families sharing a villa, the 4 bedroom properties have 2 matching main master bedrooms. All villas have a private screened pool with decked area and patio furniture. Kitchens are fully equipped with toaster, microwave, dishwasher, plates, glasses, cutlery etc. In house safe and pool heating are available on request at an additional charge.

Special Information

Upon arrival, guests will be charged a security deposit of $250 (subject to change).

The resort is only a short drive from Walt Disney World, approximately 15 minutes. There is a Wal-Mart close at hand too.

Orlando International airport is approx 25km away whilst Sanford airport is approx 78km from Kissimmee.

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

We simply ask that :

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute)
• If included flights must be identical
