The complex offers an on site concierge, large clubhouse, 10 acre lake, picnic area and walking trails. Each villa is also provided with it's own pool.

The spacious villas are tastefully decorated and furnished. The 4 bedroom houses sleep up to 10 guests and is provided with en suite bathroom with bathtub/shower, a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, radio, washing machine and ironing set, and a kitchen with a fridge, oven, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. Air conditioning and heating also come as standard.

Special Information

Upon arrival, guests will be charged a security deposit of $500 (subject to change).

The complex is centrally located just off highway 192 and is approx 13km from Walt Disney World, 15km from Seaworld and 20km from Universal. Orlando International airport is approx 25km away whilst Sanford airport is approx 78km from Kissimmee.

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute)
