Guests are welcomed via the spacious foyer with a 24-hour reception desk where there is safety deposit boxes (local charge), car rental desk and also a public Internet terminal (local fee). Room and laundry services are available as well as car parking for those arriving by car.

On-site guests are able to enjoy both the nightclub and casino and there is also shops and a hairdressing and beauty salon.

The hotel has several restaurants and bars to choose from including the main buffet restaurant and more formal dining.

To keep the younger guests entertained there is children's play area and kids' club as well as a kids pool. A babysitting service is offered on request, payable locally.

Guests can relax on one of the sun loungers laid out beside one of the two swimming pools. The All Inclusive information is a guide only and is subject to change and/or availability.

The All Inclusive programme consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner, all served buffet style in the main restaurant. Guests are offered house wine during meals. Guests may also use the snack bar and any of the 3 A la Carte restaurants which specialise in Tex-Mex, Pasta and Dominican contemporary cuisine. There is a children's menu in the restaurants.

Internationally and locally produced alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks are served 24 hours a day from the pool bars, night club and swim up bar (according to each venues timetable). A mini bar will be provided in rooms which will include 2 sodas, 2 bottles of water and 2 beers. Guests are welcome to join the manager's weekly cocktail party. All Inclusive guests are free to use all the facilities at the hotel.
