The resort is situated 32km from Punta Cana airport and 65km from Higuey which is the nearest city.

The resort boasts several different restaurants serving various types of cuisine from around the world, various bars, snack bars, nightclub, casino, children's swimming pool, lagoon style swimming pool, spa centre, fitness centre, beauty salon, Internet corner and a full entertainment programme including daily activities by the pool, various shows at night and disco for kids of all ages. Sporting activities include table tennis, tennis, games room, darts, rock climbing wall, pool table, ice skating rink and circus trapeze. The hotel also offers introductory scuba diving lessons, kayaks, catamaran, windsurfing, sailing and banana boat rides.

All rooms have private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, Sat TV, direct dial telephone, iron and ironing board, tea/coffee maker, safe, CD player, stocked mini fridge, air conditioning and balcony.

The All Inclusive programme consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner, all served buffet style in the main restaurant. Snacks such as hamburgers, pizza and french fries are available from 12pm to 6pm and again from 11pm to 5am. A champagne brunch buffet is available from 8am to 12pm and lunch from 12pm to 5pm. Guests can choose from Italian, Tex Mex, Japanese, French or sea food in the various restaurants from 6pm to 10pm. Soft drinks and locally produced alcoholic drinks are available from 10am to 1am at the various bars throughout the resort (times may vary depending on the venue).
