There are many facilities including various restaurants, bars, casino, disco, convention centre for up to 5000 guests, theatre for animation, shops, beauty salon and hairdressers. There is also a swimming pool, children's pool, mini golf, tennis courts, basketball, volleyball, gym, table tennis, darts, shuffle board, children's playground, children's club and entertainment programme for adults and children through the day and in the evening.

Other services include 24 hour reception, car rental, travel agency, laundry facilities, medical assistance, babysitting services, internet access and currency exchange facilities. There is also a complimentary train which runs between the different hotels in the group to which the guests all have access to. Some facilities may incur a local charge.

The All Inclusive programme consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner, all served buffet style in the Las Canas restaurant. Local spirits, house wine and soft drinks are all offered with meals. Guests can also make use of the Grill and La Uva restaurant which is located on the beach and specialises in seafood. Hamburgers, pizza, sandwiches and hot dogs are available through the day, as are locally produced alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks.
