On-site facilities include a 24 hour reception desk with currency exchange service, luggage storage and bicycle rental. A laundry service and parking is also on offer. The hotel provides an entertainment programme and there is also a disco and casino.

There is a choice of four swimming pools which are all surrounded by sun terraces decked with sunbeds and parasols.

Guests benefit from the extensive sporting facilities including football, basketball, mini golf, table tennis, table tennis, volleyball, tennis and there is a range of non motorised watersports at the beach.

Meals can be taken at one of the restaurants offering both buffet (in the main restaurant) and a la carte options. A choice of bars are available throughout the hotel including a pool and beach bar offering drinks and snacks.

The hotel consists of 439 standard rooms, 300 standard club rooms and 202 club Hacienda rooms. All rooms sleep 3 adults or 2 adults/2 children.

Rooms feature private bathroom, hair dryer, mini bar, satellite TV, direct dial telephone, air conditioning, in room safe (charge applies) and balcony or terrace.

Standard club rooms are positioned closer to the beach and offer large rooms with more in-room amenities.

Club Hacienda rooms are available which allow guests exclusive use of Club Hacienda swimming pool, buffet restaurant and additional bar. The Club Hacienda rooms also feature a sea view.

The hotel is set on it's own private beach which stretches for 5 km and has it's own village street with shops, bars, restaurants and casino.

Cabarete and Sosua are just a bus ride away and for golf lovers, there is a golf course aprroximately 10 km away.

Puerto Plata Airport is approximately 41 km away.

All Inclusive

The all inclusive information is a guide only and is subject to change by the hotelier at any time.

Included is breakfast, lunch and dinner all served buffet style in the main restaurant. Snacks such as hot dogs, hamburgers are available between 10:00 & 19:30. A set number of a la carte dinners are available each week (to be advised locally).

Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like beer, wine, soft drinks, cocktails, juices and water are served until 2300 hours in the hotel bars.

Extra charges apply to: certain sports including scuba diving and motorised sports, babysitting service, treatments in the Spa, in room safe, laundry service, premium drinks and telephone calls.
