The hotel has 4 restaurants offering steak, seafood, International, Italian and Asian dishes. There are also 4 bars serving various drinks including cocktails and juices. The hotel boasts 4 outdoor swimming pools, including a heated pool and children's pool. There is also a kids club, entertainment programs, tennis court and fitness facilities.

The Thalasso Spa has an internal salted pool, treatment rooms, steam bath, sauna and jacuzzi.

Further facilities include a 24-hour reception, a currency exchange desk, a hairdresser and parking facilities for guests arriving by car. Some facilities may incur a local charge.

The hotel is located in a residential area of Caleta de Fuste. Away from the hustle and bustle of the resort centre but still close enough to enjoy the restaurants and bars. It is located between the beautiful sandy beach and 2 golf courses.
