Runaway Bay is a mini resort situated halfway between Ocho Rios and Falmouth. Other than Cardiff Hall public beach and Salem Paradise Beach the only other place of interest is the Green Grotto Caves which is a system of expansive limestone caves that's been made accessible to the public. There are plenty of outdoor activities which include tennis, horse riding and golf so there is plenty to keep everyone occupied. Most of the restaurants and nightlife are hotel based but there are some local fish restaurants that are well worth trying.
