There are two swimming pools (one indoor and one outdoor): a thematic swimming-pool with slides, fountains and Jacuzzis (sun beds & bathing towels gratis) and a climatic indoors pool (closed from 15/05 to 15/09). Other sports facilities include an 18-hole golf course (not belonging at the property of the hotel, prior to reservation and on payment) and table tennis.

Satellite/TV

The 496 rooms (double rooms and apartments) of the Playaluna Hotel feature complete bathrooms with hairdryer, minibar (only in doubles), air conditioning/heating (in winter), TV with more than 15 channels, safety box (rented) and direct telephone. Each apartment consists of a living-room with a sofa-bed, one bedroom with two beds (1.05 x 2 m), equipped kitchenette, a fridge and a balcony or terrace. (Max. Occupancy of doubles: 2persons).

The Hotel is situated 33 kilometres away from the Almeria airport, 4 kilometres from the fishing port, 400 metres from the Golf course, just 50 metres from the nearest beach and 4.5 km from the centre of Roquetas de Mar.

If you book Room Only, all meals will have to be paid for whether in or out of the hotel.

Bed & Breakfast

Bed & Breakfast means breakfast is the only meal at the hotel included in the price. Giving you complete freedom over lunch and dinner outside the hotel.

Half Board

Half board generally means breakfast and dinner at the hotel are included in the price.

Full Board

Full Board consists of Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at the hotel. Drinks are not included unless specified.

All Inclusive

The AI programme consists of breakfast (08:00-10:30), lunch (13:30-16:00) and dinner (19:00-22:30), all buffet style with show-cooking, served in the main restaurant (non-smoking area available). During meals water, beer, wine, soft drinks, etc are offered. Snacks such as tapas, russian salad, sauce meat, cheese, etc are available from 11:00-13:00 at the pool bar. All alcoholic and soft drinks are served from 08:00-24:00 at selected bars.
Sport Facilities at the hotel include table tennis, shuffle board, mini-golf, bochia, free use of pool sunbeds (according to availability), outdoor themed swimming pool in design of a river with water slides, whirlpool and separate water slides area, a large panoramic swimming pool with whirlpool and sunbathing area with palm trees as well as an indoor pool (closed from 01/06 to 15/09). Also included is daily & nightly entertainment programme, a large games area offering bowls, gigantic chess, shuffle board, mini-golf, archery and rifle shooting, a gymnasium and use of the reading room.
