The Pestana Gardens Aparthotel offers a freshwater pool with children's section, games room (billiards, table tennis and darts), sauna, jacuzzi, internet access (at the Pestana Bay Aparthotel), laundry service and doctor on call. The aparthotel offers daily transport service into the centre of Funchal (not Sunday or Christmas Day).

Guests are offered The Tucano Restaurant where there is an a la carte menu and light meals and The Tucano Bar where guests can enjoy a selection of cocktails, beers and fruit juices.
