The facilities include a reception hall, lift access, large garden, swimming-pool with terrace and sun-loungers, an American bar & coffee shop with inside and outside service, 1 parking space inside the property for each apartment.

Consisting of 32 two-bedroom apartments, suitable for 2 to 4 people. Apartments are set on 3 different floors and all have balcony or terrace. The apartments located on the top floor are structured on 2 different levels, on the lower floor a double room with bath and on the upper floor a living-room with kitchenette and a sofa-bed for 2 people and a little balcony.

The apartments located on the 1st and 2nd floor have a double room, a living-room with kitchenette and a sofa-bed for 2 people, a bathroom with shower and a balcony, all on the same level. All apartments have a telephone and TV.

Private beach clubs and the fine sandy beach are only at 3/4 of a mile away. The nearest airport is Pisa approx 30 km away.

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute)
