This new residential has two rooms, two suites and two apartments with two bedrooms spread over the first and second floors. All the rooms have hot water, air conditioning, TV and balcony.

Special Information

On entry into Cape Verde, you are required to obtain a visitors visa. This is approximately 28 to 42 Euros (subject to change).

Centrally situated, it is just five minutes away from the Da Laginha beach and also from the centre with its shops, restaurants and bars.
