The hotel features restaurant, bar with big screen TV, pool table, kayaks and souvenir shop. A variety of water sports can be found on the beach such as water skiing, sailing, diving and scuba diving. There is a Jamaican extravaganza gala buffet on Saturday nights for everyone to enjoy. For the younger guest the hotel provides a play ground. Guests may also use the swimming pool and other facilities at the neighbouring sister hotel, Merrills II and Merrills III.

The all inclusive package consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner all served buffet style. Locally produced alcoholic and soft drinks are served with meals and between 10:00 and 22:00 in the bar. Afternoon tea and cakes are also offered daily and there is a weekly beach barbecue.
