The hotel is located approx 500m from the beach in the centre of Makadi. The hub of the resort is the Souk which offers a mixture of shops and restaurants which is located across the road from the hotel. Guests can also take the hotel's shuttle bus to the bazaars and bars of Hurghada which is 40km away.

Facilities available to guests at the hotel include various restaurants and bars including beach bar and pool bar, free form swimming pool in the centre of the complex with large sun terrace with sunbeds. A spa with a variety of treatments (local charge), gym, darts, billiards, table tennis, volleyball, tennis, daily entertainment programme, nightly disco and live music shows 5 times a week are also provided. The hotel also offers 24 hour reception, Internet facilities and laundry services. Please be aware that many of the areas around the complex are accessed via steps so may not be suitable for the less mobile.

The hotel offers a total of 167 rooms comprising of the 110 Superior rooms, 45 Superior family Rooms, 5 Junior suites and 7 Royal suites. All guest rooms benefit from private bathroom, hair dryer, telephone, satellite TV, mini bar, safety deposit box and air conditioning. Non smoking rooms are available upon request.
