Holiday Inn Sunspree Resort provides a 24-hour front desk, babysitting, beauty salon, dry cleaning/laundry, wake up calls, shopping arcade, casino, gift shop, and foreign currency exchange. Leisure facilities include one children's pool, two further pools - large, lagoon-shaped, free-form swimming pool and an adults-only pool featuring swim-up bar & whirlpool and ocean front whirlpool for 12 people.

Exercise enthusiasts can work out in the fully equipped gym, with stair-steppers, universals, and life cycles or play tennis or volleyball. Guests can also enjoy themselves while playing mini-golf, dancing in disco & night club. Guest can dine in one of 5 restaurants and relax in one of 3 different bars. There is a water sports centre offering activities such as paddle-boats, glass bottom boats, kayaks, windsurfing, snorkelling, or sailing. For children there are renowned KidSpree Vacation Club, which provides a safe play environment and game room.
