The facilities provided for guests includes a 24 hour reception, mini market, currency exchange, laundry facilities, Internet access, conference rooms and parking.

There are 5 swimming pools, sun terraces with loungers and parasols, TV lounge, games room and gym. There is a full service spa which offers a vast range of health and beauty treatments. Activities such as petanque, aerobics, table tennis, water polo, darts, mini golf, basket ball, volley ball, football and archery are also on offer. The hotel offers an evening entertainment programme with shows and games and a mini disco for the younger guests. The hotel also provides a mini club for children aged 4-12 years and a children's play ground.

The hotel has a total of 10 restaurants within the complex consisting of 3 buffet style restaurants and 7 a la carte restaurants including Italian, Mexican and Asian restaurants. There are 12 bars also available including swim up bars, lobby bar, sports bar, casino bar and disco bar.

The all inclusive package consists of breakfast, lunch served in one of the buffet restaurants and evening meal in either buffet restaurant or one of the a la carte restaurants. Snacks are available between meals.

Locally produced alcoholic and soft drinks are served from 10:00 until 23:00 at most bars throughout the complex according to individual opening times.
