Amongst the hotel's facilities count a foyer with 24-hour reception, safes, a currency exchange facility, 2 lifts with direct access to the beach and a cafe. There is also a bar, a theatre hall, a TV room and an air-conditioned a la carte restaurant with a non-smoking area and high chairs for infants to be found within the hotel. In addition, the hotel includes a conference room, a public Internet terminal, a games room, a playground and a kids' club. There is a swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols within the premises and the hotel offers a night entertainment programme with music and dance shows (seasonal); for the younger guests, games and stories are offered at the mini club. Those arriving at the hotel by car may take advantage of the hotel's car park and garage facilities. Room, laundry, medical and baby sitting (on request and with additional charge) services round off the offerings.

At the Grill restaurant guests can enjoy delicious buffets of international specialities. Additionally, there is the Alhambra garden bar, and the California beach bar with a barbecue. All three meals at the restaurant are served buffet style, with the possibility to order as well from a menu.
