The hotel offers guests a lobby with a 24-hour reception, hotel safe, currency exchange counter and a café. In addition, 2 bars (one of which is a cocktail bar), swimming pool with loungers and parasols, gym, a number of function rooms with a small library and 2 restaurants (one of which is an air conditioned à la carte restaurant and the other is a restaurant by the pool; children's highchairs are available) are also provided for guests use. Furthermore, there is an Internet terminal, WLAN, laundry and room services, medical assistance as well as a car park and a garage (charges apply).

The 43 air- conditioned guestrooms all have terraces or balconies overlooking the gardens, with teak outdoor furniture. Bathrooms include bathrobes and premium toiletries. Amenities include cable TV, pay movies, radio, direct dial telephone, hairdryer, minibar and safes (surcharge).
