In a secluded location, the airport is approx 25km from the centre of Hurghada and the airport is approx 10 km away.

The facilities available to guest at the hotel includes swimming pools with children's pool and toddler splash pool, restaurants, bars, shopping arcade with approx 82 shops, in house doctor, dancing fountain, beauty centre, children's club, laundry service, money exchange and Internet services. Also provided for guests is a private beach with fee umbrellas, towels and mattresses, water and sport centre (local charge), diving centre (local charge) and health club (local charge).

Guests are also permitted to use the facilities at all of the Golden 5 City Hotels with a shuttle bus to transport guests to each hotel.

Guest rooms are beautifully decorated and offer guests air conditioning, en suite bathroom with bathtub or shower and hair dryer, mini bar, safety box, satellite or cable TV, telephone and either a terrace or balcony.

All Inclusive information is a guide only. Breakfast 0700-1000, lunch 1230-1500 and dinner 1900-2200 are all served buffet style in the main restaurant. Snacks are served at the Billiard bar from 1100 until 1300 and at The Terrace from 1200-1500. Afternoon tea is served between 1500 and 1700 in the Billiard bar.

Children can have ice cream by the scoop from 1300-1500 at the pool area. Aperitif time is from 1700-1800 at the Rainbow billiard bar. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like soft drinks, juices, tea, coffee, mineral water and spirits are served at selected bars. In-room mini bars are filled with one soft drink, one mineral water and one juice per guest.
