The hotel is nestled in charming Negril, directly on the sea front.

There are so many leisure facilities at the hotel which include 10 acre sports complex with 10 tennis courts, squash courts, racquetball, basketball, swimming pools, exercise classes, gym, steam rooms, saunas, jacuzzis, jogging track, volleyball, indoor games room, pool table, table tennis and transport to the complimentary golf at the nearby Negril Hills golf course. The hotel also provides many water sports such as scuba diving, water skiing, snorkelling, sailing, kayaks and glass bottom boat trips. As well as numerous bars, restaurants and nightclub there is also nightly entertainment from the resident band and a weekly Caribbean beach party. Please note that this resort is only for people aged 18 and over.

Rooms have private shower, king size bed, blow dryer, telephone, CD player/radio, safety deposit box and terrace or balcony. Verandah rooms that are located in the newer part of the property are available with additional features such as bath, Sat TV and mini bar that is re-stocked daily.

The All Inclusive programme consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner, all served buffet style in the Palms restaurant. Guests can also choose to dine at one of the 3 other restuarants at dinner time. Snacks such as fruit and sandwiches are available until 6pm. Locally produced alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks are available from the various bars throughout the day.
