There is ample off-road parking and each apartment has an outside eating area and patio which are not private.

The property sleeps two and comprises of one double bedroom with en-suite shower room and WC, it also features a sitting room/dining room with a kitchen corner equipped with oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.

Located right in the heart of Chianti Classico country, exactly midway between Florence and Siena, each 32 kilometres away, Casa Felciano is within walking distance of the main piazza in Panzano. The main Chiantigiana wine road passes quite near to the top of the property so there is some traffic noise.
