Beleza by the Beach has a swimming pool with a children's section, surrounded by a sun deck with bright sun loungers and shaded areas.

The Spa offers various massages and beauty treatments and a relaxing environment overlooking the paddy fields. There is also a fitness gym, a playground for children, a garden area with cabanas and seating and, a DVD library.

The restaurant and bar have open and covered seating and offers Indian, Goan and International cuisine. There is also a beach shack bar and restaurant.

The hotel has a shop and services offered include WiFi, currency exchange, laundry and medical assistance.
