Facilities include 2 swimming pools, separate children's pool, jacuzzi, 3 restaurants, 3 bars, fitness centre, 2 tennis courts, spa services, kid's club (ages 3-11), tropical gardens, 1500-feet of white sandy beach, beach concierge service (with afternoon treats including ice cream and fresh fruit) and complimentary water sports, including windsurfing, boogie boarding, kayaking and Hobie Cat. Room service is offered for breakfast and dinner.

A total of 164 junior and one-bedroom suites each provided with air conditioning, private bathroom, hairdryer, clock radio, telephone, in-room safe, mini-fridge (not stocked) and balcony or patio. Pool, garden or ocean views are available.

Junior suites have a sitting area (1 room with sofa bed) and accommodate up to 3 adults or 2 adults with 2 children.

One bedroom suites have a separate living room with sofa bed, a king size bed and are suitable for up to 4 adults or 2 adults with 3 children.

The AI programme consists of breakfast 07:30-10:30, lunch 12:30-15:30 and dinner 19:00-21:30, all buffet style, served in one of the two buffet restaurants (on rotation). Also at the disposal of the AI guests for dinner is the Italian A la Carte restaurant. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like draught & bottled beer, spirits, cocktails, house wine, soft drinks, tea and coffee are served at the Chelonia bar 10:00-01:00, the Waterfront bar 10:00-23:30, Asiagos bar 19:00-21:30 and the beach bar 10:00-18:30.

Sport facilities at the hotel include tennis, gym, water sports, volleyball, swimming pool, sun loungers & towels and the kid's club (09:00-21:00).
