The hotel is 8 km from Hurghada airport and 17 km from the centre of Hurghada. Local shops bars and restaurants can be found nearby.

The facilities at the hotel include heated swimming pools, separate children's pool, indoor swimming pool, mini club, outdoor theatre, health/fitness club, table tennis, tennis (in the Ali Baba hotel), live music, oriental show, Nobean show, and an entertainment programme. The hotel offers a doctor and clinic service (24 hours). There is also a shuttle bus service to the beach.

All of the Titanic Resorts guests can use the Aqua Park free of charge and also the beach of the Aladdin hotel. The Aqua Park is open from 10 am until sunset and offers a wave pool, rafting river, twister slides, flying boats slide, master blaster slide, free fall slide, tube free fall slide, body slide, rafting slide, family rafting slide, black hole slide, tsunami slide, space hole slide, multi surf slide, flying carpet slide, children's tube free fall slide, rainbow slide, aqua tower, octopus slide, elephant slide, snake slide, clown shower, penguin shower, rabbit slide, mushroom and dolphin. The park offers a restaurant, bar and towel service.

The hotel offers 280 guest rooms and all provide sea view or pool view, shower cubicle in the bathroom, individually controlled air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, mini fridge, hair dryer, safety deposit box and balcony or terrace.

The All Inclusive programme consists of breakfast (7 am to 10 am), lunch (12.30 pm to 2.30 pm) and dinner (6 pm to 10 pm) all served buffet style in the main restaurant. With meals coffee, tea, juices, soft drinks, local wine and beer are offered. Snacks (pizza, burgers, shwarma (chicken and meat), hot dogs, chips) are served at the pool bar (noon to 4 pm). Afternoon tea (English cake, tarts, pies, canapés, etc) is offered at the lobby bar (4 pm to 5 pm). The All Inclusive drinks programme includes local wine, beer, soft drinks and hot drinks at the swimming pool (9 am to 5 pm) and at the lobby bar (9 am to 00.30 am). In addition, at the lobby bar, guests can enjoy soda, mineral water, juices, tea, coffee, espresso, hot chocolate, special teas, brandy, gin, rum, whisky, vodka and wine.
