The hotel is set in extensive gardens and offers guests 3 swimming pools (one of which is heated), 2 children's pools and 2 pool bars. There is also a beach bar, 2 lounge bars and a restaurant.

There are various sports activities such as tennis (tennis lessons available), table tennis, fitness room, volleyball, crazy golf, sauna, massage, scuba diving (scuba diving lessons available) and windsurfing. There is a children's mini club available for children aged 4 to 12 years and a children's playground. The hotel provides an entertainment programme with sports and games during the day and shows and live music in the evenings.

The Sunrise Monica Beach offers guests a 24 hour reception desk, internet access, foreign currency exchange, medical assistance and a laundry service.

The complex accommodates guests in 410 rooms, comprising twin rooms, family rooms and apartments. All accommodation has a bathroom, satellite TC, telephone, hire safe, hair dryer, fridge or mini bar and a balcony or terrace.

Apartments also have a bedroom and a kitchenette and Family rooms have two bedrooms. Baby cots are available on request.

The rooms are cleaned daily, bed linen is changed twice weekly and towels are changed 3 times a week.

The Monica Beach is located directly on the beach in Costa Calma, in the centre of the resort. The resort of Costa Calma is approximately 35 miles from the airport.

If you book Room Only, all meals will have to be paid for whether in or out of the hotel.

Self Catering

Self Catering puts you in complete control of what you eat on holiday. Generally a kitchenette is provided to allow you to cook basic meals.

All Inclusive

The All Inclusive programme consists of breakfast (7.30am to 10am), lunch (12.30pm to 2pm) and dinner (6pm to 9pm) all served buffet style in the main restaurant. With meals wine, beer, soft drinks and hot drinks are offered. There is a snack buffet available in the snack bar at 2.30pm and afternoon tea and coffee time with biscuits and cakes between 3.30pm and 4.30pm. Ice cream is served at the main restaurant during lunch and dinner and at the snack bar at snack time. Locally produced alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks such as wine, beer, spirits, some cocktails, soft drinks and hot drinks are served at the pool bar (11am to 6pm), the snack bar (11am to 6pm, excluding cocktails) and at the salon bar (6pm to 11pm).

All Inclusive sport facilities include darts and football (weekly), gym, keep fit, French bowls (weekly), sauna (six times a week), table tennis, day tennis, volleyball/waterpolo (2/3 times a week), whirlpool, beach/pool towels (with deposit), daytime entertainment programme from 10am to 1pm and 3pm to5 pm (includes rifle shooting, bingo, quiz times, fashion shows) and evening entertainment between 7.30pm and 11pm (cabaret shows, shows, mini-disco). For children aged 4 to 12 years there are organised treasure hunts, crafts (i.e. making pirate masks) and beach games from 10.30am to 12.30pm and 3pm to 5pm.
