The facilities provided for guests at the Sun Tropical Island Aparthotel include a 24 hour reception, Internet corner, laundry facilities, conference and meeting rooms, mini market and parking.

Sports and leisure facilities provided include a gymnasium, tennis court, volleyball field, seven-a-side football, adult and children swimming pools, water polo and indoor games such as table tennis, snooker, and table football. There is Spa Centre featuring Thalassotherapy, bi-thermal shower, Turkish bath, invigorating swimming pool, multi-sported pool, many different kinds of massages and sauna.

The complex offers a buffet style restaurant, pool bar and a lounge bar.

Half board generally means breakfast and dinner at the hotel are included in the price.
