The Sonesta Club complex is set along a 300 metre stretch of beach at Naama Bay and overlooking the sea. The hotel is just 10 minutes drive from the airport.

The hotel offers guests three swimming pools (one heated), children's pool, fitness studio with gym, sauna, jacuzzi and steam bath, watersports centre, dive school, shopping arcade, children's club, laundry, internet access, 24 hour reception, excursion desk, safety deposit boxes and a shuttle bus service to Sonesta Beach.

The hotel offers guests a choice of dining facilities including the Nubian buffet restaurant, the Dolphin restaurant (overlooking the pool), the Bistro restaurant and bar, the Nubian café and the pool bar. The hotel also offers Le Dunes disco and a casino.

Guests have use of the local agent, Midland Travel, during their stay in Egypt.

All of the hotels guest rooms are twin or double bedded and benefit from air conditioning, satellite TV, mini fridge, direct dial telephone, hairdryer and patio or balcony.

The All Inclusive programme consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner, all served buffet style with international cuisine in the main restaurant. Dinner can also be taken at the Terrace restaurant or from the A la Carte menu in the Dolphin bar. Tea, coffee and juices are served with breakfast while guests are also offered local beer and wine during lunch and dinner. Light bites such as mini sandwiches, pizza and croissants are available at the pool bar at selected times. Locally produced alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks are available from the pool bar from 10am to 11pm. Sports facilities include table tennis, volleyball, soccer and aerobics. Guests are entitled to a 15% discount from fitness and beauty spa, massage treatments, sauna, hair salon and souvenir shops. There is also a kids club for 5 to 12 year olds with activities, games and competitions.
