The facilities available to guests at the hotel include 2 large swimming pools, one that is heated during the winter, sauna, Jacuzzi, gym, and a multi-purpose sports field. Activities include beach volleyball, beach football, beach tennis, table tennis, garden chess, and archery. Other facilities available include diving and snorkelling, quads, massage rooms, and 2 floodlit tennis courts.

The children's mini club is open from 10:00 until 17:00, for children aged between 4 and 12 years. The younger guests also have their own playground and swimming pool.

The Safari Restaurant with its spacious terrace serves a scrumptious breakfast, lunch and dinner in a buffet style. Savana Bar is the perfect place to enjoy elegant drinks in a relaxed atmosphere. For light meals and snacks Tropicana Bar is ideal. Dar El Amar Cafe is an oriental cafe with a casual atmosphere. Eclipse Discotheque open till late.

Also available for guests is a laundry room, Internet access and in-house doctor. Some facilities may incur a local charge.

All inclusive includes breakfast (07:00-10:30), lunch (12:30-14:30) and dinner (19:00-21:30) all buffet style served in Safari Restaurant. Late breakfast (10:30-12:00) and snacks (12:00-17:30) served at Tropicana Pool Bar. Tea time with cake & biscuits at Tropicana Pool bar (16:30-17:30), ice cream at Tropicana Pool Bar (10:00-17:30). Gala Dinner every Thursday and Oriental dinner every Sunday and Wednesday at Safari Restaurant.

All soft drinks, water, juices and local alcoholic drinks (served by the glass) at Safari restaurant according to the normal opening times (water and juices are only available at breakfast). Tropicana Pool Bar from 09:00 to 17:30 and Savana Lobby Bar from 13:00 to 00:00.
