The hotel is just 300m from it's private beach on the tip of Ras Om el Seid. The airport is 25km fom the airport.

Facilities at the hotel include bars, restaurants, 2 swimming pools, one of which is heated during the winter, children's pool, children's playground, mini club for 4 to 12 year olds, diving centre, basketball, volleyball, tennis, fitness room, billiards, diving, snorkeling, skating, jacuzzi and daily entertainment including live dancing, shows and folklore. The hotel also provides baby sitting service, use of safety deposit boxes, laundry service, on site doctor, shops and limousine service.

All rooms have private bathroom with shower, direct dial telephone, Sat TV, mini fridge, air conditioning and balcony/terrace or panoramic window with view of the pool or gardens.

The All Inclusive programme consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner, all served buffet style. A selection of snacks are available from 11am to 1pm, Tea, coffee and cake from 3pm to 5pm and ice cream for children from 3pm to 5pm. Soft drinks and snacks are available on the beach from 10am to 5pm. Locally produced alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks are available from 11am to 11pm.
