The hotel is located 3 km from the airport, 1.5 km from a mini-golf course and 18 km from an 18 hole golf course.

Facilities include a foyer with 24-hour reception desk, a safe and a currency exchange desk. There is also 2 swimming pools, one with children's area, a bar, nightclub, small theatre hall, games room and an a la carte restaurant with highchairs for infants on offer. In addition, the hotel features of a public Internet terminal that can be used on payment of an additional fee as well as laundry and medical services, a bike hire service and storage facility, a kids' club, a playground and car park round off the facilities on offer.

All of the 221 guest apartments are furnished with a complete bathroom with tub, equipped kitchen, TV, telephone and piped music. Besides the bedrooms, the apartments offer a sitting room, safe (local charge) and a terrace/balcony.

The AI programme consists of breakfast 07:30-10:30, lunch 13:00-15:00 and dinner 18:00-21:30, all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. During lunch & dinner juices (not fresh), water, soft drinks, beer with/without alcohol, wine (white, rose, sparkling, red) and sangria (house wine) are offered. Guests can also have late breakfast at the snack pool bar including varied sandwiches, bakery, coffee, milk, different teas and a variety of juices (not fresh). Snacks are available between 12:00 & 17:00 at the snack-pool bar as well as coffee time with cakes & bakery from 16:00-17:00. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like coffee, milk, cacao, variety of teas, whisky, rum, brandy, tequila, gin, vodka, liquors & cream, aperitifs, cocktails, house wines (white, rose, red, sparkling, sangria), draught beer, beer without alcohol (bottle), soft drinks, water and a variety of juices (not fresh ones) are served at the snack pool bar 10:00-18:00 and the salon bar 18:00-23:00.
