The facilities available at the hotel include 24 hour reception, swimming pool, 3 bars including a poolside swim-up bar, 4 restaurants, safe hire, shoe shine, baby sitting on request, hairdresser, dry cleaning and a coffee shop. Some facilities may incur a local charge.

Guests of the hotel are also able to use the facilities at the Old Winter Palace and the Pavillion Winter Palace hotel.

The Hotel has 238 guest rooms over eight floors all featuring private bathroom with shower/tub combination, complimentary toiletries, satellite television, direct-dial telephone, mini bar and balcony or terrace. Complimentary fruit baskets and bottles of mineral water are provided for honeymooners.
